This mold infested house in Spartanburg, SC was the result of a roof leak. The water seeped through the roof and into the ceiling causing moisture to build and causing mold to grow on the ceiling. Our crew here at SERVPRO are demo pros. In the second picture you can see that we removed the affected area and stopped the leak at its source. We cleaned the inside and got rid of any visible mold and made sure the humidity levels up there were back to normal.
