Zachary McSwain
Zachary McSwain is a dedicated MIT Manager with a diverse background and over four years of experience at SERVPRO. Having recently joined our branch in March 2025, Zach brings a wealth of knowledge in estimating, project management, operations management for large losses, and job file coordinating.
Zach holds numerous certifications, including AMRT (Mold), WRT (Water), OCT (Odor), OSHA 10, Negotiations (Allied Credit), and NCCER, underscoring his expertise in the restoration industry. Before his career at SERVPRO, he honed his skills in custom stair and cabinet building and worked as a journeyman electrician, providing him with a solid technical foundation that complements his current role.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Zach is an active Freemason with a goal of becoming a Shriner. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his bloodhound, reflecting his love for the outdoors and his commitment to building meaningful connections.

Jeremy Nelson
Jeremy is the Reconstruction Manager at SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties. He has over 20 years of experience in the restoration and 27 years in the construction industry. He is trained in water, mold and trauma.
Outside of work Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family.
Kayla Goller
Kayla Goller joined the SERVPRO team in May 2022 and quickly became a valued member of the organization. After serving as the Office Manager, she transitioned into her current role as Contents Manager in January 2025. Kayla is deeply committed to ensuring that everything in her department is handled with precision, efficiency, and care. Her strong work ethic, combined with her extensive knowledge, makes her a key asset to the team.
Kayla’s passion for helping people shines through in her work. She is dedicated to restoring order and providing support to individuals and families during challenging times. Her caring nature is reflected in her approach to helping others navigate the restoration process with professionalism and empathy.
Outside of her professional life, Kayla enjoys attending concerts and hiking, appreciating both the energy of live music and the tranquility of the outdoors. She is also a proud cat mom to two beloved kitties, Loki and Jenga, who keep her company at home.
Emily Reynolds
Emily joined the SERVPRO team in November 2024 as an Office Manager. With a strong background as a Paralegal, she brings valuable organizational skills and attention to detail to her role. Emily's dedication and experience help ensure the smooth operation of the office, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Outside of work, Emily is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart of 15 years and a proud mom to two energetic boys. They keep the family busy with their love for baseball and racing four-wheelers, while the family also enjoys spending quality time together camping with friends and relatives.
Emily's passion for sports and outdoor activities keeps her active and engaged in her family life, balancing her professional and personal commitments with enthusiasm and care.
Jamie Worthy
Jamie is the Human Resource Manager. With over a decade of experience in HR and management, Jamie has been a vital part of our team since August 2024 and is committed to supporting our employees and driving company success. She strives to build strong teams and foster a positive workplace culture at SERVPRO. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, two Goldens, and her labradoodle.
Kevin Swindell
Kevin joined SERVPRO in February 2024 as a MIT Project Manager. With a strong background in restoration, Kevin's journey began with his first summer job in the industry, and since then, he has developed a deep passion for every aspect of the restoration process. From contents cleaning to negotiating with adjusters, Kevin is committed to restoring not only homes but also the lives of the customers he serves.
He holds multiple industry certifications, including WRT (Water), ACM (Asbestos), FSRT (Fire), and ENV (Mold), ensuring that he is well-equipped to handle a range of restoration projects. Kevin also brings a wealth of experience from his extensive construction background as a fourth-generation carpenter.
Outside of work, Kevin is an athlete with a history of playing semi-professional rugby for a team based out of Charleston, SC. He remains active, competing in strongman competitions at his local gym. Additionally, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, backpacking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, and loves playing sports.
Shelley Kay
Shelley Kay is our Reconstruction Estimator. With over a decade of experience in project management, estimating, and flooring installation management, Shelley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the restoration industry. Since joining SERVPRO in October 2024, she has played a key role in delivering accurate estimates and managing reconstruction projects with precision. Holding an IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WTR), Shelley ensures high-quality service and seamless project execution. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two kids and caring for a home full of animals.
Jon Rose
Jon brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO. With a rich background in carpentry, leadership, subcontracting, and project management, Jon has developed a versatile skill set that allows him to oversee complex reconstruction projects and ensure exceptional results. His extensive expertise plays a key role in delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction at SERVPRO.
Outside of work, Jon is passionate about music. He enjoys playing guitar and recording music, showcasing his creative side beyond the worksite.
Cooper Chen
Cooper joined SERVPRO in September 2024 as a Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing with him a strong passion for managing large-scale projects and ensuring top-notch quality in every phase of work. In his role, Cooper oversees reconstruction efforts, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
In addition to his professional expertise, Cooper is actively involved in his local community. Outside of work, Cooper is an avid Lego enthusiast, enjoying the creative challenge of building intricate Lego structures.

Tracie Gardner
Tracie is a highly organized and detail-oriented Reconstruction Coordinator with over 13 years of experience in managing and maintaining documentation for accounts and reconstruction projects. Tracie joined SERVPRO in September 2022. With a background in account management, Tracie ensures that all job files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards, providing critical support to project managers, contractors, and clients throughout the reconstruction process. While she enjoys her job at SERVPRO, in her down time, Tracie loves spending time with her husband of 27 years, her 2 daughters, and her animals.
Torie Stanley
Torie joined SERVPRO in December 2024 as a Mitigation Job File Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience from her background in healthcare. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others, Torie excels at managing mitigation projects and ensuring that each job runs smoothly from start to finish. Her previous experience in healthcare has honed her organizational and communication skills, making her an invaluable part of the team.
Outside of work, Torie is a dedicated mom to her 8-year-old son, who keeps her busy with his passion for baseball and football. She can often be found cheering him on at the field, embracing every moment of his sporting journey. When she's not at the field, Torie enjoys spending time at home with her son, fiancé, and two beloved cats and golden retriever, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

Ashley Wiggins
Ashley joined SERVPRO in January 2025 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and Job File Coordinator. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, Ashley plays a crucial role in managing the financial processes and coordinating job files to ensure smooth operations.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband of 6 years and their three children. Together, they have a lively household, with their 5-year-old daughter keeping busy with softball and their 10-month-old twins adding even more joy to their family dynamic.
Ashley brings a dedicated work ethic and a warm, family-oriented attitude to both her professional and personal life.
Brittany Howard
Brittany joined SERVPRO in January 2025 as an Administrative Assistant, bringing 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a strong foundation in organizational support, Brittany is committed to helping her team thrive by providing exceptional administrative assistance.
Beyond her professional life, Brittany is deeply passionate about her faith. She serves in her church choir and actively participates in various volunteer efforts organized by her church throughout the year.
A dedicated mother of two, Brittany has two sons, ages 14 and 8, who are both heavily involved in sports, including basketball, football, and baseball. She and her husband, married for 7 years, enjoy cheering on their sons and supporting their athletic achievements.
Andrew Sevenberg
Andrew joined our team in October 2024 as a Crew Chief, bringing with him valuable experience from his time working with SERVPRO in Illinois for a year. He holds a WRT (Water) certification and has a strong background in house construction, which contributes to his expertise in water damage restoration. Additionally, Andrew has firefighter training, further enhancing his ability to handle high-pressure situations safely and effectively. As Crew Chief, Andrew leads his team with skill and dedication, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing video games, providing a perfect way to unwind after a hard day's work.
Brooklyn Alexander
Brooklyn joined SERVPRO in January 2025 as a Crew Chief and is excited to embark on her career in the restoration industry. Though new to the field, she is eager to learn and grow while bringing her enthusiasm and dedication to every project. Brooklyn holds her WRT (Water) certification and is committed to gaining additional expertise to support her team and clients.
Beyond her professional role, Brooklyn is deeply involved in her community and church. She serves on the worship team and in the kids’ ministry and also leads a hiking group. Her volunteer work extends throughout the year, as she contributes her time and energy to various community initiatives through her church.
At home, Brooklyn is a proud mother of a 5-year-old son and a 1-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the baseball field with her son, hiking, and traveling. Brooklyn also has a passion for music and songwriting, which provides a creative outlet in her personal life.
Sam Alexander
Sam joined SERVPRO in December 2024 as a Crew Chief. Though new to the industry, he is quickly gaining expertise and growing rapidly in his role. Sam holds a WRT (Water) certification and is committed to delivering high-quality service on every project he tackles.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active by playing basketball and unwinding with video games alongside his friends.
Chrissy Owens
Chrissy has been an integral part of the SERVPRO team since 2014. With her dedication and expertise, she holds certifications as an Esporta Operator, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. Chrissy’s role as a Textile Operator allows her to apply her specialized skills to restore and preserve fabrics and textiles, ensuring they meet the high standards SERVPRO is known for.
Outside of work, Chrissy is passionate about spending quality time with her family, especially during game nights. She enjoys crafting, gardening, and taking nature walks. A lover of books, Chrissy spends her leisure time listening to or reading a variety of books. Whether it's a stroll through the park or a creative project at home, Chrissy finds joy in connecting with nature and her loved ones.
Raul Maldonado
Raul joined SERVPRO in February 2025 as a Mitigation Technician. While new to the restoration industry, Raul brings a strong foundation in customer service, having worked in that field prior to joining SERVPRO. He also has some experience in construction from helping family members on various projects.
Outside of work, Raul enjoys fishing, camping, and spending quality time with his wife and three kids. He’s excited to grow his skills in the industry and contribute to the SERVPRO team.
Alyssa Larsen
Alyssa is a dedicated Contents Technician who joined SERVPRO in November 2024. With 2 years of experience in the restoration industry, she is passionate about helping families and businesses recover after disaster strikes. Her expertise ensures that each job is handled with care and professionalism.
Beyond her professional life, Alyssa is a foster parent for Spartanburg County, where she provides love and care for children in need. She has two energetic boys, ages 4 and 5, a supportive wife, and a playful kitty named Tilly Reese.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, hosting game nights with friends, and attending dirt track races, where she can indulge her love for speed and excitement. Alyssa’s caring heart and vibrant personality make her an essential part of the SERVPRO team.
Mikey Keough
Mikey joined the SERVPRO of Spartanburg Co. team in March of 2025 as a Mitigation Technician. Although he is new to the restoration industry, Mikey brings a strong technical background with his experience in low voltage systems and fiber optics. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him a valuable addition to the team as he learns and grows in his new role. Outside of work, Mikey enjoys reading books and exploring various genres. He also loves listening to music, finding it to be the perfect way to relax and unwind after work.
