Hurricane Season

It's hurricane season. With as much as we wish it would leave, let's talk some basics.
Hurricanes can be as large as 600 miles across. Wind speed from 75 to 200 mph. Here in the upstate we know all to well about the effects hurricanes can have, even inland. Down trees, heavy rain, flash flooding, rising rivers. When disaster strikes you need to be prepared.
Being Prepared
Things you should have on hand when preparing for a large storm. Non perishable food items, water, first aid kit, batteries, a charged battery pack for your mobile devices, flashlights, clothes in a water tight bag.
